I've been practicing massage therapy for over 25 years here in the Boston/Cambridge area. I have studied a range of approaches and techniques, from classic Swedish massage to structural myofascial work, to sports and orthopedic massage, and lots in between. From my comfortable private office, I enjoy working with regular folks with aches, pains, restrictions, and stresses as well as with athletes and others who may have injury, training or performance goals. Having worked in a variety of settings from health clubs, to chiropractic offices, to large complementary health and wellness centers to my private practice, I bring a depth of experience to my work. I have seen and learned a lot about all kinds of people with all kinds of different needs. Whoever is on my table my goal is to provide a substantive, transformative experience that creates more freedom and possibility in your body. My general approach to massage therapy is that the more tools I can bring to the table the better I'm able to tailor my sessions to your individual needs. To that end, I offer various specialized types of massage services including an Integrative massage that allows me to draw from a broad range of techniques with which to customize your massage to best suit your needs. A heated table, moist heat packs, extra bolstering, HEPA filtered air, and great music, are a few things to add comfort and safety to your visit. I will be honest and let you know if I don't think can help you and will try to find someone who can.
For a complete bio including my educational background and approach to massage therapy, simply give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you.
"I see Will on a regular basis and feel so fortunate to be able to do so. He has a thorough understanding of anatomy and is a skilled body worker. Working with him does wonders for my general stress level and has decreased the frequency and severity of my migraine headaches, which are often triggered by neck tension. He is always professional and respectful. He has implemented strict COVID protocols which make me feel safe and comfortable in his office. I would recommend Will to anyone and in fact, as a doctor, I have referred patients to him."

"Will Pollard is a genius. I've had lower back problems for as long as
I can remember, and Will is the only massage therapist who has ever
been able to find every painful spot and make it better. I suggest a
90 minute session- it will change your life. Even now that I've moved
to NYC, I haven't even looked for a new massage therapist. I just make
the trip back up to Boston, and visit Will!
